full transkit to transform TAMIYA 1/12 Lola MKIII into Aston Martins project 218 Nr 11 (Surtees) entries for Le Mans 1967 24Hr race.
Kit features:
resin parts (front & rear hood, reworked side panels L+R, 2 fuel caps, 2 mirrors, 1 adapter part, rear wing), 5 clear resin light bulbs, vacuum formed rear window, photo etch detail set, 85 rivets for wing fixation, 6 alu bolt & nut set up, 4 alu rod ends, full sponsor decal set (2 sheet, 9 colors silk screen printed decal set, including tire rings & markings in & out).
Engine transkit: 80+ resin parts (3D drawn, 3D printed, finest resin casted with crisp detail), 20+ alu machined parts which represent the fittings to connect the fuel meter unit to fuel pressure pump & injectors, 140+ 0.8mm simulated hex nut&stud & 100+ 0.6mm simulated hex nut&stud to 'bolt' the engine together & close (no bolts have been modeled & molded, but you'll find little holes that will take these simulated nuts&stud to represent ultimate realism). Easy fit and very little flash to clean up.
The engine shows inner detail: both cylinder banks have detail inside and each head shows valves + double camshafts + drive chain. Build it open or closed. Different air intake manifolds supplied for both Nurnburgring & Le Mans versions. Full 3D drawn building manual with clear sequences.
