This is the 2.0 issue of this decal set. Comes with corrected colours (blue surroundings, not black), dash gauge full set + dymo style dash labels, correct safety harnass patch labels, h&m car VIN plaque and GT40 steering wheel logo. The main decal sheet (as pictured) is silk screen printed by CARTOGRAF and will be accompanied with BBK DC12051 FLUO WING set (which also includes E&F ENGINE valve cover detail, set silk screen printed by MICROSCALE) to make it a complete set so you can finally discard those very very poor decals that come with the kit and do the car justice. |

This set was developed from scratch using the actual model so perfect fitment is garanteed. It includes a corrected colour & desing setup for the tank stripe, adjusted size & design of the race number #2 and comes with GY logos for both tires & fairing ('after-win' added advertising) and a white background for the race number on the nose of the bike. To be able to add the metallic colour to the decal set, the sheet got silk screen printed by CARTOGRAF so superior quality is garanteed. |

Maybe the 643 was not the fastest around, but what a beauty it is. Rosso did a great effort to bring a nice 1/8 kit of the car, but it lacked detail and most of all, it is in desperate need for decent decals. The sticker like ones provided in the kit are off in size, shape and colours, and - tss tss tss - come printed on paper.
The set we designed was tested on the model to ensure a perfect fit and correct feel/weight of the individual logos. Apart from all the needed sponsor logos, we added numberous of extra detail to enhance body, cockpit, engine & tires. The set comes in 3 sheets: 2 digitally printed* big ones (both 18cm*21cm) which offer all the standard colour logos and a silk screen printed small one (13cm*9cm) which carries the day-glo ciggie logos and few metallic gold/black carbon patterns to mimic reinforced front & rear wing zones.
*digitally printed: you'll need to cut out logos yourself which should not be a problem seen simplicity & size of individual logos |

Decal designed to fit 1/12 FORD GT40 model kit brought to market by Magnifier. This Trumpeter re-issue has the #1 decals included (next to standard #2 sheet) except for the fluo wings that were painted on the car to add visibility during night hours. The decal on offer addresses this problem (expect an in-your-face dayglo color, and not the standard orange in pic above used to represent the fluo on art work).
While at it, we added 3 * 'AAR' & 3 * 'AAA' decals (sometimes to be seen on different GT40 competitors' side window/rear end) and even 6 * 'E&F ENGINE' valve cover decals you need to complete with engine number of your choice so it will match your setup. These valve cover decals have different handwriting designs so they can easily be used next to each other. BBK quality, quoi! |

The iconic FORD GT40 1966 Le Mans cars #1 & #2 have recently been brought to market by Trumpeter, Magnifier (Trumpeter re-issue) & Meng. None of these added the important 'E&F ENGINE' valve cover decal to their issue though. We adressed this shortcoming and now will offer this set which includes 3 pairs of the 'E&F ENGINE' valve cover logos, representing engine nrs 23, 41 & 42. Handwriting differs per pair. Set also includes 3 * 'AAR' & 2 * 'AAA' decals sometimes seen on window or rear end of LM 1966 GT40 competitors. |
