How to operate / order
1. How does this site work?
Use menus on the left and/or top of pages to browse manufacturers and/or genres. Use the 'series as list' link to get text-only listing of proposed series.
Clicking on listed items will take you to an item detail page were you can add the item to your shopping basket. Total amount due for items in basket will be automatically calculated.
You can always check contents of your basket or delete items from it by clicking the 'shopping basket' link on top of the menu structure and proceed from there.

2. How do I finalise order?
Once finished shopping, you can send your order list to us by submitting the order form (press the 'finalize order' button you will find on your shopping basket page).
After we have received your order, we will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible concerning your request: next to accepted payment methods, we will suggest possible shipment methods and applicable fees & send you all details to finalise the purchase.
Kits ordered will be set aside until your payment becomes effective. Payment is due in 10 days max. Bestbalsakits will confirm payment per e-mail and kits would ship next business day.

3. My shopping basket emptied automatically. How comes?
Your shopping basket will automatically be emptied if:
- there was no interactivity with any of the web store pages during 20 minutes
- the browser window was closed

bestbalsakits.com can not accept any credit card payment, unless through PayPal.

3. How do I pay by PayPal?
Signing up with PayPal is free of charge and rather simple:
- go to http://www.paypal.com
- click on button: 'Sign Up'
- choose account model (personal or business) and choose language (english, french, dutch)
- create a PayPal account by giving your name, address and e-mail address
- add credit card(s) or bank account to PayPal account
- start paying worldwide by sending money to e-mail addresses by clicking on tab: Tools, and then choose link: Send Money. Proceed from there

4. Why is there a PayPal fee?

2. Would you ship to ...?
bestbalsakits.com will ship worldwide

But...
For shipping goods to a number of countries or regions* where postal service level is unknown to us or not up to standards we would expect / wish for, you will take all risks involved in delivery of goods yourself and explicitly agree to the next 3 terms:
1. We ship registered, no matter the value of item(s) purchased. You pay for this registered delivery.
2. Upon sending, we will send you track-trace info so you can follow up.
3. From then on, we will not be responsible for non or damaged arrival of goods. So: no questions (eg where is my order, why does it take so long etc.) please and you will not come and claim your money back, but take the loss yourself.

Sorry I cannot give better service, but I cannot/will not take the risks myself.
If not agreed with the terms above, please do not proceed with purchase. Should you proceed, it will automatically imply you agreed to the terms.
Of course, in correspondance prior to finalising the deal, you'll be informed should your country be one of the targeted locations.

*Countries or regions we will only ship to @ buyers risk include (but not limited to): South America inc Brazil, Africa, Indonesia.

No VAT included in prices listed, but waved for EU customers, not charged for non EU customers.

4. Is delivery included?
Delivery fee is not included in prices mentioned.
Delivery fee depends on size & weight of total order, total value of order and destination, and therefor can only be calculated once you submit your order.
bestbalsakits.com will contact you regarding your order and will include delivery fees in correspondance.

5. Can I return item(s)?
Returns are accepted if:
- bestbalsakits.com gets notified of intention of return before returning
- item(s) is (are) returned within 14 days after arrival (arrival date = 14 business days after shipment day as seen on stamp, unless proven otherwise)
- items come returned undamged, packaging unopened, complete & not started
- shipping is paid by customer who is returning item(s)
- in case of non arrival of returned item(s), returner will need to prove shipment.
Returned items who meet conditions as described above, will get full refund, less original shipping costs, no exeptions

Shop items
1. Are there manuals available?
Manual duplicates are available on special request only, and depending on availability of requested manual. Duplicates will be offered online as series of HI-RES (300dpi) images so you can download/print yourself.

4. Are there other items available from the manufacturers that are listed?
In our shop, we only list items that actually are in stock. If wanted, we can check availability for certain items of your request with manufacturer. If available, items can be ordered together with our monthly stock updates (timeframe subject to change) only after 50% prepayment is received.

5. Can I reserve an item?
For items in stock this is ok, but reservation time cannot not exceed 1 month. After this period reservation gets cancelled automatically.
